About me

My journey into Traditional Chinese Medicine began during my nursing studies, when I experienced my own health challenges. Seeking support, I turned to Chinese medicine and was surprised by the results. Inspired by this, I changed direction and transferred my studies to complete a Bachelor of Health Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). I finished my training in 2016, including a three-month internship at a prestigious TCM hospital in Chengdu, China, where I gained hands-on experience working alongside experienced practitioners in a busy clinical and hospital setting.

After graduating, I went straight into private practice in a busy multi-modality clinic in Newport on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, where I practiced for seven years. Having grown up locally in the neighbouring suburb of Avalon, my client base grew naturally through word of mouth within the community I had always called home.

After having two children, my partner and I decided to make the move to the Coffs Coast, seeking a slower pace of life and the beautiful natural surroundings the area has to offer. I’ve now been practicing locally in Coffs for the past two years and have been loving the sea change and the wonderful community here.

As a mother of two, I’m especially passionate about supporting women through preconception, fertility, pregnancy and postpartum. I strive to create a calm, safe, and nurturing space where expecting mothers can feel fully supported as they navigate the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy and prepare for birth and early motherhood.

While women’s health is my special interest, I see a broad range of patients in the clinic. I work with people experiencing acute and chronic pain, digestive issues, stress, sleep disturbances, and reproductive health concerns including IVF and male fertility support.

I take an integrative, multi-modality approach to treatment, tailoring each session to the individual. Depending on your needs, I may combine acupuncture with therapeutic massage, cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, Chinese herbal medicine, supplementation, nutrition guidance and lifestyle advice — all with a hands-on, personalised approach designed to support your health and wellbeing.

Now, after nearly a decade in practice, I continue to feel deeply grateful to do this work — supporting people through all stages of health while helping them feel more connected, balanced and at ease in their body.
